We had a mini-Daddy to be celebration yesterday morning in honor of Fathers Day. I picked these cute little bibs out back in February and had planned to surprise Mike with them when I told him I was pregnant, but he was at the house when I tested, so of course I couldn't wait to tell him. So, I thought they were a perfect little Fathers Day gift from Baby Campbell who will definitely "Love Daddy".
We went to church yesterday at Mansfield Bible Church and enjoyed the service so I think we will try it again next week too, but with the Bible study in the morning. We also did a grocery run in the afternoon because we were in need of re-stocking our pantry and refrigerator. After that I took almost a 2 hour nap while Mike moved all the flattened moving boxes up to the attic so that he could pull his car into the garage. Then we headed for Fort Worth to pick up Toby and bring him home to the new house. We stayed and visited for awhile and enjoyed some yummy chicken picatta for dinner. Toby is enjoying the new home, but "talking" to me a lot about it. I think sometimes he gets lost or worried about something and so I'll call him so he knows where I am. He did sleep with us last night and did pretty good. I think he will adjust really well especially since he will recognize the smells of all of our things, it will just take some time for him to find everything.
Coming up this week: Interview with Study Island, Sprinkler man fixing our system tomorrow, Lee Hect Harrison orientation tomorrow, decorating half bath, Dr's appt with a new OB/GYN on Friday, and Matt's 30th birthday celebration Friday night!
